No Guarantee of Tender Award: The client acknowledges that the final decision to award a tender rests solely with the Government Department/Tender Inviting Authority. Googlies does not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific outcome, tender win, or revenue generation.

Data Authenticity: The client is solely responsible for the legality and authenticity of the documents provided (e.g., Turnover certificates, Experience letters). Googlies shall be held harmless in the event of bid rejection or debarment due to fraudulent or inaccurate documentation provided by the client.

Limitation of Liability: Googlies shall not be liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) arising from portal technical glitches, changes in government policy, or bid rejections based on the Tendering Authority's discretion.
